An Evaluation Method of Equipment Development Priority Combining Subjective and Objective

Abstract This article proposes a Subjective And Objective Evaluation (SAOE) method for equipment development priorities. By establishing the evaluation index system of priority evaluation, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine subjective weights each indicator in system, and then use deviation maximization objective weight system. Finally, based on least square relative entropy principle, combining obtain combined value indicators, priority. uses SAOE evaluate development, which improves scientific reliability results, is more practical, provides reliable basis planning.
